- You will have many questions. If you have a single door, you can either call us or send an e-mail via our ‘survey request’ form with your details and the approximate sizes which will help us to provide the right price.
- If the door is an extended door with panels above or on the side you can send us pictures, a drawing and the approximate structural opening measurements plus the door design and type from our catalogue, than we can provide the price.
- If you require a bespoke design, you can provide us a picture(s) of the design with measurements via e-mail. We can advice you about the alternatives, either an exact match or similar designs.
- Once we finalized the design and price, our engineer will come and take final measurements.
- You can send an e-mail or give us a call with any questions or for advice at any time. Please be aware that everything we do is entirely customized for you.
- Once the order is been placed, you will receive a technical drawing of your door. You can make any alterations to this drawing until you are fully satisfied with the design of your door. Once you authorize the drawing, we can start making your door.
Once your door is due to be finished we call you to make an appointment for installation date at your convenience.
